2 AD RMS collocated with SQL Clustering

I have a customer here and he has hardware limitations for deploying AD RMS. High availability is critical for him really

So we suggest to deploy 2 SQL Server clustering with collocated AD RMS on both servers. My clarification that is this scenario is supported by Microsoft or not since in our scenario we will have clustering and AD RMS on the same physical machines.
