A client machine on domain DOMAINX with Vista and Office 2010 was working properly when sending RMS protected email. After moving the client to DOMAINY, DOMAINY users cannot send RMS protected email from this client. They can send protected email from other clients.
I've tried IRMCheck but it tells me that I don't have Office installed (I think its looking for Office 2007, is there an updated version of IRMCheck?). The error message from Outlook 2010 is useless. When I create a new email and then click on permissions to set it to "Do Not Forward", a dialog pops up to "Select User". The user shown is the currently logged in user, but if I click ok, an error pops up "Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later or contact your system administrator". Is there a log somewhere describing what happened?
