AD RMS is Not working.

Hello Team,

i have installed and Configured AD RMS 2012 r2, however its not functioning, i had a look at Task Scheduler there i found Active Directory Rights management service client is not running, its showing ready, then i clicked  run no luck. here is the error.

Task Scheduler failed to start instance "{ddcc1079-9a89-450b-8a37-a3a717635dec}" of "\Microsoft\Windows\Active Directory Rights Management Services Client\AD RMS Rights Policy Template Management (Manual)"  task for user"TRAINING\Administrator" . Additional Data: Error Value: 2147798992.
